Two further additions were made to the Vale first team squad this week.
Aberchirder based midfielder Ben Allan, 24, has signed until the end of the season. Ben is a product of the Deveronvale Youth system and returned this year after a number of years in the US, where he completed a degree at King University in Tennessee. Manager Steve Dolan commented: “Ben has been training with the squad since his return from the US and has played in a number of our pre-season friendlies. His attitude and application are excellent, and he will be a very good addition to the squad.”
Banff youngster, Max Stewart, 17, also plays in midfield, has signed a two-year contract with the Club. Max is another product of the Youth system and made a number of appearances for the Club last season. Manager Steve Dolan said: “Max is a talented young local player with a lot of potential. We look forward to watching him develop that potential as he gets more SHFL experience.”
We wish Ben and Max success in their time at Princess Royal Park.
