Club Commercial Update
“This is a very exciting time for the club and everyone involved. There is an opportunity to join us on what should be a great journey.”
Following on from the start of the 2019/20 season and the general club updates that have appeared recently, here is an update from the commercial side of the club around where we currently are, what events we have coming up and what opportunities there are for individuals and businesses to be involved moving forward.
With the new campaign, we have been able to welcome new club partners to the Vale, including our new official main club sponsor Motive Offshore Group, kit partners Sytec Engineering, The ARCHIE Foundation and Wiseman Fishing, plus management/training kit sponsors The Knowes Hotel and Celebrations of Turriff. We’ve also launched the club’s first online shop, in partnership with Kitlocker.com and early sales figures are extremely encouraging.
In terms of club events, we recently held a very successful Golf Day at Duff House Royal Golf Club, with over 80 competitors and will be hosting a Curry Night as part of our matchday hospitality for our Friday evening fixture at Princess Royal Park against Inverurie Loco Works on the 4th October. We will also be holding a Ladies’ Day and Christmas themed matchday later in the year.
The club’s annual end of season dinner will return to the Banff Springs Hotel on the 11th April 2020. The itinerary for the evening is be finalised, however will once again be hosted by the unrivalled MC Ian Thain and will feature live music from the first-class soul & Motown group, Scooty & the Skyhooks. Table and ticket sales will be available soon and will be advertised across the club’s website and social media channels.
As always, we value your input. This is your club and if there are any events that you would like to see take place then please contact us.
We also launched the Elite initiative earlier in the Summer, which is a new way for Vale fans to contribute to the club, both financially and through member engagement. It is an area that I am looking to further develop over the coming months and years ahead and I’d be more than happy to answer any questions there may be on membership benefits and categories. The new club commercial brochures are also now available on our website and in hard-copy form.
In terms of future club partnerships, I would be delighted to meet with any organisations to talk about what an involvement with the Vale can do for your business. This is a very exciting time for the club and everyone involved. There is an opportunity to join us on what should be a great journey. To arrange a coffee or to find out more please send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, call me on 07960 380192 or speak to any club official on a matchday.
