Deveronvale are very pleased to announce that Steven Davidson has signed a two year extension to his current contract, which will extend his stay at the Club until at least the end of season 2019-20. Kinzi, 22, was signed as a forward from Fraserburgh at the start of season 2016-17. However, at Vale he has played the majority of his games as a central defender and has developed well in that role. He also got back on the goal trail yesterday with his first goal for the Club by scoring the opening goal in the Club’s 3-1 win away against Turriff United at The Haughs. Manager Steve Dolan said “signing Kinzi to an extension of his current contract is another important step in ensuring we have a settled squad into next season to allow us to build on the progress we have made so far this season. Whilst it’s early days, we have a great bunch of lads and a very positive atmosphere at the Club and hope to build on this as we go forward”.
