Vale save the best to last on a tricky surface to extend their lead at the top of the Scot Ads Highland League.
Mike McKenzie started the comeback after a plucky Rothes side has taken a deserved 2-0 lead, Vale equalised in 82 minutes with Nigel Montgomery heading home after sustained Vale pressure. |

Dougan has been groundsman at Princess Royal Park for the past 37 years, and has just retired at the grand old age of 81.
We are extremely lucky to have had someone like Dougan, so dedicated to the task of maintaining the park to the highest possible standard over many years. He thoroughly
deserves his 'moment of glory', and we hope that as many fans as possible come along to pay tribute to our 'local hero'.

Winning run extended, as Vale win 3-1 at Princess Royal against Keith, regarded by many as one of Vale's main challengers for the HFL title.
Darren McAllister opened the scoring, to make it 2 in 2 games. Ian Murray scored the goal of the game, after Derek Nicol had equalised for Keith. Keith's fate was sealed when from a Vale corner when scorer Nicol put through his own net. |

Vale go 10 points clear at the top of the Scot Ads Highland League after a 4-0 victory over Buckie in the "other derby of the day".
Darren McAllister scores his first of the season, Molby passes 30 with a couple of crackers as Vale put the meanest defense to the sword. Mike McKenzie piched in with a free kick to make it a bizzare first half which must have had the shell shocked Buckie contingent wondering what they did wrong.

In a busy day at Princess Royal, Caley Thistle have been lined up to play in a Benefit Match for former groundsman Dougan Duncan. The match is set to take place on Tuesday 17th December 2002, subject to the necessary SFA approval.
On the playing side, Goalkeeper Barry Thompson has withdrawn his transfer request, Ritchie Taylor's delayed transfer from Hermes F.C. has now been completed and Ryan Pressley has a suspected fractured cheekbone as a result of his head knock on Saturday |

Bobby Brown secured the points for Vale in a seven goal thriller.
Vale came back from a two goal deficit with a brace from Mike McKenzie with Paul Urquhart and Brown both on target, keeping Vale at the top of the Highland League |

The HFL have anounced fixtures for the 7th of December.
With Vale receiving a bye on the Scottsh Cup first Round, and being free, they now tackle Buckie at Banff in a re-arranged fixture from earlier on in the season |
