Closer and Closer   16/3/03

Vale moved within 4 points of their first Highland League Title. One goal up from Steve Dolan's opener, Vale commanded the game and further strikes from Ritchie Taylor and Mike McKenzie secure a comfortable win. The squad then celebrated winger Darren McAllister's 21's birthday, hopefully as a warm up for potential title celebrations

Vale On Top   8/3/03

Vale maintained their lead at the top of the HFL with a bruising victory over Champions Fraserburgh.
Two up in 5 minutes thanks to Dlugonski and Murray, Broch pulled one back before Chisholm restored Vale advantage at half time.
Broch were to pull before McKenzie scored the forth.
With Vale's main rivals all winning its as you were at the top of the League

The HFL have announce some of the outstanding fixtures for the remainder of the season.
Vale's away tie at Keith is to be played on Saturday March 9th, leaving Vale just to play Huntly twice to see out the League Program.

Deveronvale have concluded the signing of Stuart Gray. Gray, a former Deveronvale youth team player, has followed in the steps of Bryan Dlugonski, and arrives back at Banff from Ross County. Another local lad, Gray will add competion at the back and to the Midfield.

McKenzie signs extension   26/2/03

Mike McKenzie has signed on till season 2005-06. Signed from Montrose at the beginning of last season everyone at Princess Royal will be delighted that Mike has committed himself to Vale for the foreseeable future.

Great news for the club, supporters and officials at Vale with the title run in heating up !

Three first half goals from Darren McAllister, Mike McKenzie, and Ian Murray game Vale an impressive 3-1 lead At Mosset Park McKenzie scored in the second as Vale do the double over Forres with a 4-2 win.
