McKenzie Master Class..a Vale go Nap   14/8/02

Mike McKenzie and Ian Murray both scored twice, after Mark Chisholm had given the Vale the lead in a 5 star demolition of Huntly. McKenzie's first was fit to win any football match and was easily a contender for goal of the season.
Vale now face Aberdeen, who beat Keith 3-1, at Harlaw Park Inverurie next Tuesday night.

Murray double take the points at Nairn   8/8/02

An Ian Murray double and a Mike McKenzie strike gave Gregg Carrol his first points in this years Scot Ads Highland League. Nairn had equalised through Kellacher in the first half, but second haf goals from the twin strikers gave Vale the points

Vale swept aside Cove in the Aberdeenshire Cup Quarter final with Ian Murray and Colin MacRonald both grabbing braces. Mark Chisholm opened the scoring while Vale's second came from from an o.g. from Arthur Murphy.
